Clean Water Day at Springfield Cardinals
The Watershed Committee of the Ozarks celebrated the 2nd Annual Clean Water Day at the Springfield Cardinals, Friday August 21, 2009. Operations Manager, Matt Keener and his son threw out the first pitch and water trivia was featured on the big screen throughout the game. Over fifty people signed the pledge to conserve water at home and received a Home Water Conservation Kit consisiting of a low-flow showerhead, sink aerator, five minute shower timer and a dye tablet to check for toilet leaks.
